no I'm saying the black version is like cooking good crack on a stove à la Gordon Ramsay (positive, constructive), so it's different than the modern anapodoton "cooked" which is derived from the idiom "[one's] goose is cooked", referring to a problem that is beyond resolution, which has appeared in English literature in various forms for 200+ years.

"he cooked" = he did something good (black)
"he is cooked" = he is condemned (white)

It does sound black (and maybe that's enough to categorize it as "ebonics") but because the ebonic version and the white-derived idiomatic term with an opposite meaning reached mass usage concurrently, everyone says both and may assume the same origin.
