How about that Lego Fortnite

I played the new Lego mode in Fortnite last night with 2 of my IRLs and it's the most fun I've had playing a multiplayer game in a long time. The crafting system is VERY in-depth, the combat is surprisingly similar to Dark Souls (lots of dodge rolling) and the village building system is really fun.

Had a 3 minute stretch where I lost my stuff and had to sprint through the woods at night to retrieve it which was annoying, but besides some building jank that I overcame pretty quickly, I've been really impressed with it. It's very simple, but quickly gets pretty interesting. It's not like Minecraft where being my age has baked in how to play; I've had to sit down and figure it out from scratch.

I lost my stuff in a cave and I had to have my friend accompany me so we could get it back. Those skeletons don't fuck around, especially in the early game.
