one time (in the evening) a car in front of me was driving at like 25 mph on a 40 mph road and causing a massive traffic jam because of it. i started out by doing a little tiny double honk and it didn't change their speed. so i switched to a full honk and still nothing. after a few minutes of them going absurdly slow and ruining everyone's lives, i figured even if it's an old person, they shouldn't be on the road if they have to drive half the speed limit, so i literally just tailgated them with my brights on and held down my honk until they pulled to the side of the road.
