I was obsessively ruminating over some traumatic event and unable to clear my head. long story short, i had the thought to forgive that person and let it go. and then I felt a presence come over me and a warm pleasant sensation through my body. almost like a demon had been exorcised from me in that moment. and my mind became totally calm and empty. ya anywyas ermin hindsight maybe i felt the presence of the Holy Spirit, or an angel. but it was intense and totally out of the norm. and it happened in one instant. I went emotionally from the peak of fury to a loving forgiveness in like one moment. no homo</blockquote>
