1931: German High Court Rules Jewish Talmud Encourages Jews To Murder Gentiles

(Jewish Telegraphic Agency) In 1931 — one year prior to Adolf Hitler’s rise to power as leader — a high court in Nuremberg ruled that the Jewish “holy” book — The Talmud — does, in fact, encourage Jews to murder “gentiles” — independent of the accusation of the factual basis of evidence for Jews also engaging in ritual blood sacrifice of “gentile” children:

“Deputy Karl Holz, the editor of a Hitlerist paper — “Der Sturmer” which appears in Nuremberg in Bavaria — has been acquitted by the Nuremberg law court on a charge of libel brought against him by Dr. Wassermann, a local Jewish medical. man, for publishing an article in his paper in which Dr. Wassermann was accused of letting a non-Jewess bleed to death because the Talmud and the Shulchan Aruch impose upon Jews the duty of killing Christians whenever the opportunity offers, and calling upon the Christian population for that reason never to go to Jewish doctors.

The court refused to hear Rabbi Dr. Max Eschelbacher (son of the famous Jewish scholar, the late Rabbi Joseph Eschelbacher who wrote “Judaism and Christianity”, an outstanding work of Jewish apologetics, and of Ernestine Eschelbacher, the “Eishith Chayil” of German Jewry, who died last July), who was called by the prosecutor as an authority on the Talmud, ruling that since he is a member of the Central Union of German Citizens of Jewish Faith he is partisan and his evidence would be biased.

While ruling out the Rabbi, the court agreed, however, to hear two antisemitic experts, Dr. Erich Bischoff and Professor Goltsberger, who were called by the Defence as authorities on the Talmud, and they declared that the teachings of the Talmud and the Shulchan Aruch are in complete contradiction to morality and that in addition to these written laws the Jews obey also an unwritten secret code which pledges them to practise the most beastly abominations against non-Jews.

Dr. Bischoff even went to the extent of swearing that there is a commandment which binds Jews to the practice of human sacrifice.

Deputy Holz was the central figure in the Daube and the Manau ritual murder agitations in Bavaria. It was his paper, “Der Sturmer,” which took up the cry in 1928 when the student Daube was found dead that he had been killed for ritual purposes by a Jewish fellow-student named Haussman, and although Haussman was found not guilty and acquitted, he kept up the cry of ritual murder, repeating it in connection with the Daube affair as recently as a few months ago.”

“In the same way when the dead body of a Christian child was found at Manau, in Bavaria, he again started a cry of ritual murder, and the charge was even raised in the Bavarian Parliament by the Hitlerist Deputies.”

“The Hitlerists brought it up also in the Prussian Parliament where Deputy [Robert] Ley, a Hitlerist Deputy, said that Pope Sixtus IV. had declared that Jews kill Christian boys for ritual purposes [see Simon of Trent] — and that at the present time there are sects of Hassidim which use Christian blood in their ritual.

The accusation brought some of the Catholic Deputies to their feet in protest against the belief that ritual murder is upheld by the Catholic Church.

In Saxony, a Hitlerist Deputy named [Hans] Schemm, who is the editor of a paper called the “Weckruf”, was sent to prison for 30 days for publishing the Daube ritual murder story in his paper — and an artist named Braeutigam, who made a drawing printed in the same issue, showing a number of Jews in the act of committing ritual murder, with the aid of a copy of the Talmud, was given a similar sentence.

“We feel ashamed that Jews still have to defend themselves at this late day against the ritual murder lie,” a conference of the Bavarian Rabbis declared in a statement issued in connection with the Manau and Daube ritual murder agitations.

“We declare solemnly,” the Rabbis statement proceeded, “that the sources of Jewish teaching are innocent of blood. There is no Jewish sect whatever which practices ritual murder. We are prepared to prove this statement in any court of law.”

The Central Union of German Citizens of the Jewish Faith also issued a statement protesting against the ritual murder lie.

The German law courts have on previous occasions handed down similar verdicts, practically upholding the accusations of ritual murder and of other vile practices made against the Jews, by acquitting the agitators who were being proceeded against for libel.

“The ritual murder accusation is not an insult to the Jews, but a historical fact, since many churches in Germany, Austria and other countries are dedicated to Christian saints who were martyred for ritual purposes by the enemies of the Christian faith,” the West Berlin District Court found last May in acquitting Deputy Joseph Goebbels, the Hitlerist leader in Berlin, on a charge of insulting the Jews by publishing an article in the “Angriff”, of which he is editor, where he said that Jews commit ritual murder.

It had not been established, the court said, that the article was an insult to the Jewish religion, since it spoke only of fanatical adherents of the Jewish religion, and not of all who practice Judaism.

No punishment for accusing Jews of committing ritual murder was also the decision of the German Supreme Court, the Leipzig Reichsgericht, in February 1930, when it quashed the verdict of guilty brought in by the Cologne District Court against the editor of the local Hitlerist paper, the “Westdeutscher Beobachter”, Josef Grohé, whom it had fined 300 Marks for writing in his paper that the Jews in obedience to the Talmud practice ritual murder, fraud and perjury, and drink Christian blood in order to become reconciled to the Jewish God.

The Reichsgericht found that Grohé could not be convicted, because he did not know that the ritual murder allegation was designed to rouse enmity against a certain section of the population.

Dr. Theodor Wolf, the famous editor of the “Berliner Tageblatt,” drew attention recently to the tendency of the German courts, including the Supreme Court, to acquit antisemites, complaining that the German courts have been dangerously infected by Hitlerism, and have been encouraged by the growth of Hitlerist strength to allow their dogmatic antisemitism to overrule the principles of abstract justice, introducing definite anti-Jewish bias in their judgments.

The “Juedische Rundschau” also complained recently that it is not surprising that the Jews in Germany are exposed so much to insult and physical attack, when it is remembered that the Hitlerist papers have been for years inciting the lowest instincts of the mob against the Jews, and the law courts take no action against the agitators.

It is constantly happening nowadays, it wrote, that not only the lower courts, but the very highest treat the Hitlerist vandals with the utmost mildness.

This laxity in the face of the insults heaped up against Judaism, Jewry and the Jewish Community, and the refusal to concede the right to the Jews to bring actions against those who libel them and incite the people, has resulted in convincing Hitlerist circles that outrages against Jews may be undertaken with much less risk than against other people.

So we have Jews constantly attacked, molested in the streets, Jewish places of worship and cemeteries desecrated, a boycott preached against Jewish businessmen and all that is connected with Jews and Judaism vilified and all with no redress.

“We must not shut our eyes to the fact,” it said, “that Hitlerist ideology has spread in Germany to an extent that would have seemed incredible a few years ago. Even parties and authorities who are not anti-Jewish find themselves obliged to take account of the anti-Jewish mob feeling, which is spreading among all circles of the people.

Without any discriminatory laws against Jews, we Jews are to-day treated in actual practice in Germany as second-class citizens.

No one dares to appoint Jews as officials. People are afraid to give positions to Jewish scholars of the highest qualifications and attainments.

People are afraid to become suspect of being protectors of the Jews. Things have gone so far that people are afraid to be just to Jews.”

There are two separate issues here that the Jews are deceptively conflating — whether or not their Talmud explicitly incites and condones Jewish murder of gentiles — and whether or not ritual murder is, in fact, practiced by some “fantatical” Jews outside the knowledge of mainstream Jewry.

The court correctly ruled that it would not allow the “partisan” testimony of talmudic “expert” — a certain Rabbi Dr. Max Eschelbacher — the Jews always have a team of rabbis ready as “fixers” to testify whenever their Talmud arises as evidence in a trial

The job of these rabbincal “fixers” is to confuse the goyim — most commonly by citing an expurgated version of the Talmud with the “offensive” passages removed — such as the “Jerusalem Talmud” — while pretending that the “Babylonian Talmud” doesn’t exist — or it’s read by only “fanatical” Jews.

Any unbiased observer can find passages in the unedited version of the Talmud that clearly encourage — and even command — Jews to harm, cheat, and murder “gentiles”, such as:

“To communicate anything to a goyim about our religious relations would be equal to the killing of all Jews, for if the goyim knew what we teach about them, they would kill us openly.” (Libbre David 37)

“If a Jew be called upon to explain any part of the rabbinic books, he ought to give only a false explanation. Whoever will violate this order shall be put to death.” (Libbre David 37)

“Even though God created the non-Jew they are still animals in human form. It is not becoming for a Jew to be served by an animal. Therefore he will be served by animals in human form.” (Midrasch Talpioth, p. 255, Warsaw 1855)

“Do not save goyim in danger of death.” (Hilkkoth Akum XI)

“The Jews are called human beings, but the non-Jews are not humans. They are beasts.” (Talmud: Baba mezia, 114b)

“If a Jew murders a goyim, there will be no death penalty.” (Sanhedrin 57a)

“A goy (gentile) who pries into the Law (Talmud) is guilty of death.” (Sanhedrin 59a)

“Extermination of the Christians is a necessary sacrifice.” (Zohar, Shemoth)

“Even the best of the gentiles should be killed.” (Abodah Zara 26b)

“If a goyim kills a goyim or a Jew, he is responsible; but if a Jew kills a goyim, he is NOT responsible.” (Tosefta. Aboda Zara B, 5)

“It will be difficult to remove the Gentiles from their position without inflicting much suffering . . . when in the days of messiah the Jews are destined to eat their fill.” (Sanhedrin 98b)

The Jewish people are “the Messiah.” (Talmud Ilia)

“Show no mercy to the goyim.” (Hikkoth Akum X1)

“One should and must make false oath, when the goyim ask if our books contain anything against them. Then we are bound to state on oath that there is nothing like that.” (Utszabot, The Book of Jore Dia, 17)

If confronted with any of these damning and incriminating passages, a talmudic apologist will simply shrug — and casually claim that they are merely the “opinions” of one rabbi who doesn’t represent “all Jews” — as if all Jews can ever agree on anything to do with the Talmud — or what to order on a Chinese menu.

We see this slippery Jewish tactic with someone like so-called “conservative” Jew — Ben Shapiro — who claims that the vast majority of Jews who support abortion are not “real” Jews — even though there is ample support from the Talmud to justify abortion, especially among the “gentiles”.

This self-serving double-standard is best illustrated in how the staunch abortion “rights” advocate — the Jewish U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer — also supports an anti-abortion group in Israel.

And when it comes to the accusation of Jews engaging in ritual blood murder of gentiles — especially our children — Jews will quickly claim that they personally know of no such Jews that engage in this satanic ritual.

But as the German court stipulated, there is a “fanatical” sect of Jews who perform ritual blood murder — and most Jews know nothing about it — and this is born out by the facts.

For example, the former Chief Rabbi Neofito of Moldova published a sensational book in the Moldavian language in 1843 about the secret Jewish blood mysteries.

In 1883 it was translated into Italian under the title ‘Il sangue cristiano nei riti ebraici della moderna Sinagoga,’ causing the Jews to become very nervous the world over.

On page 19 of this work the Jew Teofito confesses how he was initiated into the knowledge of ritual murder, and how the Jews for thousands of years have concealed it from the gentile world. Teofito writes:

“This secret of the blood is not known to all the Jews, but only to the Chakam (doctors) or the rabbis and the scholars, who therefore carry the title ‘Conservators of the mystery of the blood’.

They pass it on by word of mouth to the Jewish fathers. They in turn reveal it to their sons who regard this as a great honor. At the same time they make terrible threats of punishment if one of them betrays this secret.

The same is true of The Talmud — very few Jews have ever read it or know what’s in it — but the talmudic mindset trickles down to all Jews — “religious” or not.

For example, all Jews know that any Jew who betrays their fellow Jews — no matter how criminal — could be punished as a “moser” — many of whom have been killed by their fellow Jews.

Over the centuries, the Catholic Church has been inconsistent about its policies toward the Talmud — and toward the accusations of ritual murder.

On the one hand, many times the Church ordered the Talmud to be burned — most famously at the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris in 1242 AD.

Then 30 years later, Pope Gregory X gaslighted all Christians when he issued a formal prohibition against Christians accusing Jews of ritual murder — by claiming that Jews would never commit these heinous crimes because the Bible forbids them from drinking blood.

So-called “converted” Jews swore to Pope Gregory that Jews do not engage in ritual blood sacrifice — proving nothing except that most Jews are not privy to the secrets of ritual murder — and that even “converted” Jews cannot be trusted to not lie to protect their fellow Jews.

It was a Jew who revealed the scurrilous content of the Talmud to Martin Luther — who was so horrified by what he read that he was compelled to write On The Jews and Their Lies — a warning to all Christians that the Jews literally want them dead:

“If they had the power to do to us what we are able to do to them, not one of us would live for an hour. But since they lack the power to do this publicly, they remain our daily murderers and bloodthirsty foes in their hearts.”

And when the Jews finally had the power to murder whomever they pleased with impunity during the Red Terror, tens of millions of Christians saw first-hand just how “bloodthirsty” the Jews could be.

During World War II, captured Jews admitted to the Latvian SS commandos that not only did the Judeo-Bolsheviks want to completely wipe out all European Christians, they also engaged in ritual blood sacrifice of Christian children — and these atheist Bolsheviks were not so-called “religious” Jews — or some sort of “fanatical” secret sect.

Adolf Hitler and the National Socialists tried to warn the West of the murderous judeo-Soviet “paradise” that awaited them if the Jews and their minions were not utterly defeated and banished from our Christian nations.

The high-ranking German politician, Robert Ley, issued a warning of what would happen if Germany lost the war:

“In case Judah defeats us, where there are cities, towns and cultures flourishing, there would be nothing left. It is their goal — [Hitler] has said it thousands of times — and we have no reason to doubt it. No, Judah wants to have his Purim….now these sadistic people, want to eradicate Germany.”
