The leftmost of the left currently is, or very recently was, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. (It is always hard to say what the current leftmost is, because the left is always re-inventing itself. Leftism has no essence, it is a bunch of tactics that serviceable in the goals of envy and covetousness, and the ever changing systems of ideas are merely flim flam and the latest tactics. What do Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Climate Change, lockdown, the jab, war with Russia, and abortion have in common?)

And the leftmost always wins, has been winning for two centuries. And now it looks like it may be losing. This is Thermidor.

In 1820 democracy was in the air. In the 1850s, the elite discovered that if they controlled all the media, they could present the voters with a false dichotomy as to what issues the voters supposedly cared about, stampede the voters into electing one branch of the uniparty or another, and whichever party was elected, the permanent government could go right on doing whatever it did. Whereupon “democracy” came to be widely accepted.

But the permanent government is rather too many people, so there is always a smaller conspiracy within the conspiracy that actually governs. And a smaller conspiracy within that. And the most cohesive and coordinated conspiracy always wins.

The Lavender mafia is not always the most cohesive. For a long time one or another of the innumerable quarrelling Jewish conspiracies were the most cohesive (two Jews, three factions) but the Lavender Mafia are always the most coordinated, because they regularly meet together naked in a great big pile, with a lot of cocaine and small boys purchased from child protective services, and the resulting blackmail material gives them a serviceable substitute for cohesion.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is supposedly a very long laundry list of noble oppressed victim groups, but what makes it actually function is the Lavender Mafia, and the rest of them are just tokens and pets that the Lavender Mafia carries along for the ride.

It used to be that a white male fresh out of school would get an entry level job, like burger flipper, where one works under the close supervision of someone with slightly above average intelligence, and after a while, having proven that he will regularly show up on time and follow instructions, he would get a higher paid job where the supervision was further away, and the instructions rather more complex. If, however, you look at the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion statistics, this just has not been happening for the Zoomers. Nearly all the higher paid jobs have been going to diverse candidates, and the Zoomers have been stuck flipping burgers. A “diverse and inclusive workforce” is, strangely apt to turn out to be that all new hires are “diverse”.

Of course most of these diverse employees are unable to follow complex instructions, nor work without close supervision by a supervisor with slightly above average intelligence, so the doors have been falling off Boeing airliners, and the navy’s ships have been running into dangerously stationary obstacles.

At the mid level, the next level above entry level jobs, DEI stands for “Didn’t Earn It”. At the level where Human Resources can force the employer to require a college degree, the problem is vastly worse. The company does not get the most qualified black or woman. It does not even get random black women. It gets dedicated priests of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, who have zero interest in the objectives and goals of the organisation, and no skills in the core competence of the organisation, who hate and despise the functions of the organisation, who hate the customers and users or the organisation and actively seek to harm them. If you are priest of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion hired by Jaguar, you hate cars in general, Jaguar cars in particular and specifically and particularly the archetypical Jaguar customer who has suffered buying cars that are not very good but have a wonderful brand name and image, a very masculine image that is an excellent chick magnet. The point and purpose of the infamous Jaguar advertisement was to emasculate every existing customer, every man who has bought a jaguar. They wanted to make the fans cry.

Various Youtube channels such as Critical Drinker and Nerdrotic have been complaining about various unsuccessful movies and games that have pissed away enormous amounts of money, and often they give us resumes of the top people involved in producing them. Which resumes seem at best unimpressive and at worst irrelevant. They also report insiders complaining about the work environment.

The work environment of these failing studios is what you would expect from a bunch of Karens with Harvard degrees in detecting microaggressions. Since everyone is totally politically correct, there is nothing for them to detect, but they detect aggressions anyway. It is hostile work environment. Or rather it is a hostile to work environment. The best people get driven away, and the remaining people cannot accomplish anything even if they were capable of accomplishing anything.

This has simply been bringing the US economy to a stop. Also war production to a stop, a result concealed by lying with statistics. The Biden economy is wonderful, if the public fails to appreciate how wonderful it is, must be because they are racist, sexist, and hateful. Jaguar has stopped selling cars in Britain, but I have no doubt that it has doubled or tripled its contribution to official GDP, to the wonderful GDP that results in the part of London closest to the government producing truly wonderful amounts of GDP.

Unfortunately, though you can print money, you cannot print shells and rockets, and it was suddenly revealed that Russian logistics are massively larger than Western logistics, and this has considerably upset the imperial warmonger faction of our elite, who have now signed up with Trump.

Trump’s coalition has neocon warmongers and based antiwar campaigners. It is diverse, not only ideologically, but also diverse by race, sex, and sexual preference. But none of its many diversities are of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion priesthood.

That the election was slightly less fraudulent than usual represents massive neocon defection to the Trump camp, leaving the legacy media, Academia, and the Diversity Equity and Inclusion priesthood in big trouble.

When the question of making peace in the Ukraine, and organising an orderly and dignified retreat of Globohomo empire actually arises in practice, and Trump actually has to do it, this coalition is likely to become strained.

The neocon plan for freezing the war until they can adequately re-arm the Ukraine is a non starter, and they are likely to get upset if Trump tells them. Knowing Trump, he probably will neglect to tell them.
