New Orleans: 10 Killed in Truck Ramming Attack by Brown Person

Update: Looks like the attacker was an Islamist named Shamsud Din Jabbar.

A truck drove into a crowd of people in New Orleans last night. 10 people were killed and dozens more injured. The driver also had a weapon and started shooting at people before he was shot dead by police. It looks like the attacker was some sort of brown person. It may have been an Islamist but it isn’t exactly clear at the moment.
