The 2-repeat allele of the MAOA gene is 9x more prevalent among African Americans than White Americans.
The 2-repeat allele of the MAOA gene confers an increased risk for shooting and stabbing behaviors independent of environment.
This is why Blacks commit violent crimes at three times the rate of Whites. Blacks commit 36% of the violent crime and 50% of all murders in the US even though they are only 13% of the population.
This is why the richest Black communities have higher crime than the poorest White communities.
