The Northwest Territorial Imperative: A Simple Explanation of Premise and Necessity

The Northwest Territorial Imperative (NWTI) is the recognition that the White race needs an independent national state for it to preserve itself on the North American continent. The NWTI is a recognition of three key factors; that we as National Socialists in North America have ran out of time; that there are 140 million or so nonwhites in the US; and that we live under one of the most oppressive surveillance states on earth. Thusly, the bureaucracy is so bloated that there is no feasible way we can reform the system through electoral politics or simple reforms on a local level. To reiterate,
One, as stated before, WE ARE OUT OF TIME

Decline of the White Race in the USA from 1990-2017

The White Nationalist and National Socialist movements of the US and Canada have failed for the last 60 years. Any chance we had at retaking the whole North American Continent is long gone, through incompetence, inaction, infighting, betrayal, and dysfunction (at least in the immediate term). Had the White Resistance movement begun organizing a subversive front back when Rockwell was still alive, then we could have had a chance by now, perhaps we could even be living in an all White North America right now, but that isn’t the case and we have no more time to pursue that dead end venture.

Secondly, since we are out of time we must REDUCE THE PROBLEM TO MANAGABLE PROPORTIONS

The USA is a continent spanning Empire of 50 states which are each around the size of European countries. The American empire crosses 4 time zones in the lower 48 and has a population of 330 million, of which almost half are of non-Aryan racial origin. At the most broad definition, there are at most 10-20 million racially conscious Whites who could be considered recruits for a White resistance movement. Of these millions only a few hundred thousand could be considered authentic White Nationalists, and of those White Nationalists only about 10 to 20 thousand are likely to be mentally sound, intelligent, and competent enough to form a resistance front. At this moment we are an army with no resources, no logistics, no organization, and no leadership, spread out across an entire continent facing the most powerful and evil Empire in history. Purely based on just racial demographics, we would have to remove 140 million people to create an all White North America. Bear in mind, this isn’t even including Antifascists, Reactionaries, Zionists, Conservatives, and the agents of the regime who are members of the White Race but would oppose us at every turn, and who have state backing and who effectively hold all the cards. Except for one card, of course, our only playable card, The Northwest Imperative.

Thirdly, the LOW POPULATION OF THE WESTERN STATES allows our over-extended army to consolidate and maximize resources.

The western states of the USA (excluding Texas and California) and the westernmost provinces of Canada are well known as being sparse and empty, with a low population density outside of several major urban areas which are themselves surrounded by mountain ranges and forests that restrict the flow of goods to several main interstates, namely I-15 and I-5. This works greatly in our favor as it means that the undesirable population is significantly reduced compared to other regions of the continent. The state of Washington is the most populated state in the Pacific Northwest with around 8 million or so people, for comparison, the whole region of New England is the same size as Washington and has about 15 million souls within its borders. The 5 major northwestern states (of which there are 3 and a half states that MUST be secured for Northwest Independence to suceed) states of the PNW (Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, sometimes Wyoming) have a total landmass greater than the two largest European States put together, Ukraine and France. The PNW is greater in size than the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the lowlands put together, while having less people than the country of the Netherlands ALONE. Of the around 13 million people in the PNW, there are only 5 million or so undesirables, meaning this is the only place where we can beat current demographics and create an all White nation.

Fourth, the PNW’s Natural Ally: THE GEOGRAPHY OF THE LAND HERSELF

The optimal conditions for a resistance front are as follows:

-Area of Operation has forest cover, ideally for a significant portion of the year, to conceal resistance movements

-AO is mountainous, limiting movement of heavy equipment, supplies, and troops, creating logistical issues for the occupiers

-AO has a foreign and tyrannical occupational regime which can be used to radicalize the natives.

-AO must have NATIVES, a distinct ethnic, religious, racial, or tribal community that stands in contrast with the occupational regime

There are only two regions of the Lower 48 that fit these requirements; The Mountainous West & Pacific states, and the Upland South. Though the last requirement will be difficult everywhere, there needs to be a degree of culture crafting (will cover at a later date) that seperates the desirable inhabitants of our future homeland from the regime’s human cattle.

There are 3 imperative factors for a breakaway state with limited global support to maintain territorial and governmental integrity, those being;

1) Coastal Access with natural, deep water harbors, allowing for the creation and maintenance of a blue-water navy, and trade with foreign nations for the resources it requires for not just surviving sanctions, but thriving in spite of them.

2) Large amounts of high quality arable farmland, and large quantities of fresh water to sustain the nation’s populace. An ethnostate is rendered redundant if the ethnicity who built it cannot feed themselves.

3) An abundance of natural resources that can produce what the nation needs, and be traded for what they cannot produce domestically, for any number of reasons.

There are 4 regions of the Continental US which fit the requirement; The South, The Pacific Coast, New England, and the Midatlantic; of having a coastline with open sea access. The Great Lakes region is landlocked with only a collection of inland lakes and an artificial sealane which can get easily blockaded, the Great Plains are a massive steppe with only river access, and lastly the Southwest is a landlocked mountainous desert with very little naturally habitable land for White people. So what about the regions that do have a coastline?

The Midatlantic (North Virginia, DC area, Maryland, East Penn, NJ, NYC and it’s metro area) and Deep South, as mentioned above, are both immediately disqualified due to the Midatlantic being the most important region of the occupational regime both politically and economically, and the Deep South being an increasingly “multicultural” place with around half of America’s Black population living there, largely in the lowland South, with a shrinking and aging White American population. This also dooms the Upland South to be unsuitable for the Homeland’s location. Not only does it suffer from soil degredation, but any coastlines they could access would either entail attempting to capture the most important political and economic hub in the Union, or being stuck with trade to Mexico, which is unacceptable for any White nation.

This leaves the PNW and New England as the only regions that could viably support an independent state. The Southern Pacific coast is, unfortunately, very “diverse” and populated, while also requiring nearly all of their water to be drawn from 2 watersheds or imported due to agricultural mismanagement.

Now, between the Pacific Northwest and New England, the PNW stands as the better option for creating an independent White Homeland (in spite of New England being Whiter on paper.) The PNW has better capacity for resisting an occupation due to the natural barriers and isolated nature of the population centers, has more natural resources, namely rare earth minerals such as lithium, precious metals such as gold and silver, and oil if expansion northwards or eastwards occurs.

Once again, these are the requirements for maintaining the sovereignty of a White nation state in the face of economic sanctions and sabotage, invasion, or subversion from the other world powers;

One, THE Homeland fulfills all the optimal requirements for sustaining an insurgent movement. To make a hostile, larger, regime unable to occupy the Homeland.

Two, THE Homeland fulfills the requirements for an independent state. It must so that the Homeland can exist as a civilized country that can provide a high quality of life, an armed forces for National defense, and the conditions for a growth in the population; to ensure a future for White Children.

Three, THE Homeland is geographically large enough, with plenty of living space to expand into, so it may support an Aryan superstate, a racial imperium. If we are to have THE White Homeland, as opposed to A White Homeland, then it must be able to support a least a hundred million people with ample areas of settlement for White ethnic groups facing extinction in their own homelands.

The last requirement is where the Northwest shines, with great open spaces and sheer size, you could resettle the entire population of Germany, France, and Italy combined and still have room to grow. The Boer/White population of South Africa, a bit over 4 and a half million, should be able to find refuge within the White homeland; if that isn’t the case in your area, then your area isn’t suitable. This is only considering the 3 and a half to 5 states of the Northwest Homeland; not including NorCal/Jefferson, British Columbia, Yukon, Alaska, or any more of Western Canada, the Northern Great Plains, or the rest of the Rocky Mountain/Great Basin states that could be eventually integrated into the Northwest Republic. New England could function as a White homeland, Dixieland (assuming the race question gets solved) could be a White homeland, the Midwest could be a White homeland, but THE White homeland must be the PNW. Just as the National Socialist revolution grew out of the forests and mountains of Germanic Europe, so too will the forests and mountains of the Pacific Northwest be the place where White freedom is won and an American strain of National Socialism be born.

Our legacy from the Oregon State constitution and the laws of the Oregon Territory declaring this to be the White man’s land, to the state of Jefferson secession movement of the 40s, the the heroic freedom fighters of the Silent Brotherhood lead by Robert J. Matthews, to Pastor Richard Butler’s Aryan Nations, and to Harold Covington’s lifelong work for an Independent Northwest; this great legacy demands that we must win here. The Northwest must be the first National Socialist state in North America, it must be here where we break out of the system’s cage that we were locked in after 1945. Just as America became the global exporter of liberal capitalism, the USSR and Maoist China of international marxism, and as Iran became the region wide exporter of Revolutionary Islamic Republicanism; the Northwest American Republic will become the hub of White liberation and hope for the children of the sun, worldwide.
