Young Nationalists March Through Vienna Demanding Mass Deportations With Banner Reading “the Kids Want Remigration”
Hundreds of nationalist activists from Austria and across Europe have marched through the capital Vienna, holding a banner demanding mass deportations.
The Sunday demonstration was the eighth annual identitarian rally to take place in Austria and more than 500 young nationalists, many from Identitarian Movement Austria, marched behind a banner reading “The kids want remigration” while chanting “Fortress Europe!”, “Re-Re-Remigration!” and “Close the borders!”
The march began at the Albertina art museum before moving to Michaelerplatz, and taking an alternative route to Freyung, where a solidarity rally was held for the German right-wing and anti-Islam magazine COMPACT, which was last week banned by authorities in Germany.
Far-left extremists attempted to disrupt the march through the city centre, but their blockade failed and a group of radical leftists were later arrested.
Action Radar Europe wrote on social media: “Activists from Europe met in the capital and demanded ‘Remigration’ in a way that could not be overlooked or overheard.
“Despite attempts by the left to block it, the dynamic demo reached its destination to send a strong sign of solidarity to the COMPACT magazine in Berlin.
“Freedom of speech & remigration are mutually dependent. We stand for a free, open debate and secure, controlled borders. Our solidarity belongs to Elsässer, Trump and all politically persecuted people who have been caught in the crosshairs of globalism.
“We thank all the brave patriots who were there. The coming weeks and months will be hot. We are ready and will give it our all. This demo was just the beginning. The future belongs to the patriotic youth of Europe. Remigration is unstoppable.”
The demand for a remigration policy is in response the ongoing effects of the Great Replacement in Austria, where only 73.6% of the country’s population of 9 million are of Austrian descent, according to the 2022 census.
Austria has also been plagued by a growing number of rapes of local girls by non-European men, with the number of such crimes increasing since 2015.
In March of this year, a 12-year-old girl from Vienna was allegedly drugged and gang raped by 17 offenders, beginning when she met a 17-year-old Turkish male. She was later allegedly abused by other Turkish, Bulgarian and Syrian men, with one suspect allegedly fleeing to Bulgaria.
