Very pleased with how Welcome to the NHK is developing. I was worried that Tatsuhiro was some kind of failed normalnigger character based on the first 2-3 or so episodes (desperate in his situation, needing to get a job, wanting to do things to get girls, etc.).

I only liked the Pururin theme song. The anime itself, I hated. Although the author supposedly wrote the light novel from his own experience as a shut-in, I found his work surprisingly unreflective. It does, in an emotional sense, anyway, have a right to its praise for realism, but by the end, I thought it just annoying and meaningless.
I have too many problems with it to give any comprehensive criticism without re-watching. But I think the story would be more engaging either if Sato, instead of just teetering on sanity, were clearheaded enough to reflect more profoundly on his own state, or, in another direction, if he were driven further insane by his conspiracies, which could even lead to an concluding disillusionment, too. There was nothing to curb its descent into maudlin drama. I hate the suicide baiting, too. In any case, I think the concept had much more potential than was realized.
