EP-4 - Lingua Franca-1​
trashcan dump funk made to match the hollowness of the industrial urban landscape it comes from. ep-4 engaged in a lot of guerilla-like provocative activities that i don't know enough japanese to find out about such as advertising this album's release in a way that made people think there was going to be a terrorist attack on tokyo (possibly not even on purpose) and seemed to be an overall performance art group about SOCIETY and such rather than just a punk band
there's nothing that "off" about the songs themselves, but there's a constant underlying dark atmosphere throughout the whole album that convinces me there's a lot of hate or something very sardonic about the entire album, even before i looked into the band.
