lmao. You are living the collapse. It's not gonna be as dramatic as you think. While being physically strong and having a good level of overall fitness is important, past a certain point it doesn't make a difference in most survival situations. Instead, learn how to shoot a gun, tie knots, use a knife, fix a car, etc.
I finally got myself back on my workout schedule. Literally all I had to do was get a calendar, put it on my wall and mark every day I have to work out. I mostly just do curls, leg lifts, planks and sometimes pushups, every other day. My diet remains unchanged, as I am incapable of gaining weight anyway.
