Nice. You should buy a 35 lb kettlebell and one of those doorway pull up bars so u can get a proper full body workout.I finally got myself back on my workout schedule. Literally all I had to do was get a calendar, put it on my wall and mark every day I have to work out. I mostly just do curls, leg lifts, planks and sometimes pushups, every other day. My diet remains unchanged, as I am incapable of gaining weight anyway.
