I finally got myself back on my workout schedule. Literally all I had to do was get a calendar, put it on my wall and mark every day I have to work out. I mostly just do curls, leg lifts, planks and sometimes pushups, every other day. My diet remains unchanged, as I am incapable of gaining weight anyway.
Nice. You should buy a 35 lb kettlebell and one of those doorway pull up bars so u can get a proper full body workout.

what would you do if this guy walked up to you and your spotter at the gym and said "guise how's my form" and then started doing this.
