My opinion based on cursory listening is that she started out doing something pretty unique and fresh sounding (to mainstream ears), but as she tries to develop in to other styles, she just sounds like a worse version of whatever she's trying to assimilate. She isn't an exceptional singer and leans heavily on specific production that sounds alien when she steps out of her comfort zone.

Regarding cunnilingus, I thought of this song because it captures female sexuality very honestly, and so I listened to some her newer stuff too and all these indie bitches really do sound the same right now. Unfortunate for guys who like this stuff as a personality.

this is just another song where a woman lacks self-awareness about the fact that she's using premarital sex / male attention to fill an emotional void. implying anything "holy" is happening is a repulsive inversion of reality
