i legitimately don't understand what ur saying

i have an idea in my mind for a theme called Icy or Arctic something like that which will merge parts of mac tonight with parts of winter. it'll be a light theme with the modified overall forum structure but also skinner

since winter banners are small, they'll be aligned to the left of the header and then the slogans will be next to them on the right, overlaid on top of something like a whiteboard or fancy magic mirror png or something
