one time in japanese class i wrote otomo yoshihide as yoshihide otomo because i assumed any japanese name i knew just needed to be reversed to be in japanese order. for some reason everyone who speaks english says otomo yoshihide which is already in japanese order... but we say taku sugimoto instead of sugimoto taku...

if anyone reading this is a college freshman and also a weeaboo, i highly recommend taking 1 japanese class per quarter/semester and then doing a homestay study abroad over the summer. best experience of my life which is impossible to recreate by simply going on vacation to japan. living with a japanese family and going to classes in japan is like a special backstage pass. i literally walked into an all-girls school and got served tea by the tea club like a fucking king

not even japanese males get to do this. but i did. it really is an indescribable feeling to have a harem of schoolgirls bowing to you and giving you stuff to eat/drink. in this video the white girl also bows but iirc i didn't do shit, i was just chilling.
