i just made a sandwich that was
- whole wheat bread (toasted)
- hummus
- avocado spread
- sliced cucumber
- sliced tomato
- arugula
- lettuce
- red wine vinegar
- salt and peppa
next time im gonna try cutting out the salt. this is ganna be my standard daily intake. it's healthy and filling and all that.
i would add chicken, but i'm too lazy to prepare chicken on a daily basis... so i guess im vegan now
