the album is 156:56 or over 2.5 hours

i already had a time limitation in the rules/faq, same as the one from the AOTW thread

i wanted to conduct this process in a gentlemanly organised rules-based procedural way and i blame you all for this:

i am making the executive decision to override the voting process and appoint @psi as the new Album Selector.
