"checking out" as in becoming disillusioned, or just losing interest? what's your take on AF now?Hi. After checking out of AF for a while, I came here looking for some meta-commentary on the state of "the movement" and wasn't disappointed.

At a certain point, I found it tiresome to interact with other groypers. Combined with the content drought at the time (October 2023), I decided that my time would be better spent focusing on irl responsibilities and deleted my accounts."checking out" as in becoming disillusioned, or just losing interest? what's your take on AF now?
the "ye era" felt like it lasted 3 weeks, maybe because nick took a break from streaming, then there was a long stretch of time where no one knew whether or not the campaign even existed anymore. At a certain point, I found it tiresome to interact with other groypers. As for how the movement is going, I'd say it reached its zenith during the ye era, but I'm open to be proven wrong. It's definitely more of a cult than it's ever been, but that's not a bad thing--just keep the unhinged Nick rants coming.
