When I was younger I was fascinated with Pokémon ROM hacks and watched several let's plays but never had the opportunity to play one. A ROM hack that I remember especially well was the one based on the CInnabar Island episodes from the anime, which I had watched back then. I liked coming up with ideas for my own ROM hack and for "Fakemon" designs, and I drew up a set of starter Pokémon which felt like a stroke of genius at the time.

This video is about a twelve-year-old (girl???) who made her own around the same age that I wished I had Apparently it's an eighty-hour game, so quite the project.

Is this the first Nietzschean Pokémon ROM hack series? If you still want to realize your childhood dream and get behind someone with vision, her website says she's recruiting volunteers for the next sequel...
