They do, but they obviously let it happen, though it is nice to hear jews crying out in fear. Also, there's no chance that China gets involved unless Israel threatens their oil supply in some way, or if all powers with a stake in the middle east are greatly reduced in their ability to assert themselves, so China could come in and decide the terms. China is keen to bide their time as we continue to kill ourselves. And Russia will only ever supply Iran with lethal aid.
