i actually did listen to 20 seconds of an audiobook for blood meridian while in the parking lot trying to decide what to listen to, mainly because i liked no country for old men so much (the road sucked). i even left the tab open so i could switch to it if lolita was boring. i spent like 5 mins trying to find an audiobook for gravity's rainbow but there was nothing

i read half of blood meridian after finishing no country for old man and liked it a lot. the road was boring gay dumb etc

I thought it was going to be about mother-son incest in fiction literature, not scientific stuff about the causes of incest. It's interesting and short so I read it regardless.
