U can get a bag on Amazon 4 like $20. I’ve been using it everyday since like August and I still have a lot left. Definitely worth a tryI'm on like 2-3 cups of coffee a day but I want something different
I'm not about that cold plunge. I can do a cold shower as long as it starts lukewarm or blood temperature.Be careful with the pehinubut. To me, it had little nootropic effect to the extent that the negatives outweighed the benefits. Personally I've had success with some of the Russian otc stuff, specifically N-Phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine ethyl ester (noopept) and Phenylpiracetam.
Also... Cold plunges/showers. Cold water immersion of a few minutes per day significantly increases dopamine levels for several hours. It has to be cold though, like less than 50F.
I ordered some. Phenibut really just made me feel lightheaded. People have said the effect varies widely day to day but I havent had more or less focus.U can get a bag on Amazon 4 like $20. I’ve been using it everyday since like August and I still have a lot left. Definitely worth a try
I’ll try those, any recs with dosing? or just take it as it says. I need to workout before too, that helps me concentrate. I haven’t done cold showers but since I’m doing an experiment ig I’ll have to test them too.Be careful with the pehinubut. Nootropic effects: Enhanced cognition, quicker memory recall, much better focus . They're more subtle than something like addy or ritalin but they won't fry your dopamine receptors. Dosage varies but I try to never go over the suggested. With noopept, you'll have to take it sublingually to get the full effect. Noopept is good for long term memory recall imo, but some have reported adverse short term memory effects while taking it. I've had some occasional mild short term memory "brain fog" spouts on it so it's probably not as good for studying as getting some work done. Take the dosage suggested at first and you should probably add a Choline supplement to both to get the full effect as they increase the brain's need for choline.I’ll try those, any recs with dosing? or just take it as it says. The overall goal of this is to maximize brain potential and to focus on studying
So Phenibut will help with withdrawals but its basically effecting GABA receptors like Xanax would. yes you wont be able to have a natural sleep cycle after taking Phenibut for a month but you will make it through the withdrawals for adderall.Phenibut is gud 2 but most ppl say it’s rlly addictive.
Interested in knowing. Will it be a sedative or a wakefulness? Wondering if the HCI changes the function of the powder Phenibut I have known in the past.i have obtained 3000mg of phenibut HCI and will be the reporting the effects in a few days
