i can see kamala doing more "condemnations" of israeli actions but in the event that israel needs money... i don't think there's a meaningful difference. i don't see either of them withholding anything. trump would probably have more balls during diplomacy (telling bibi to stop being a psycho), but israel doesn't really listen to the united states anyway.
