good point, how's this? one with orange turned down so it contrasts less with the current theme

very nice! the only thing i'd add would be wood-like lines through the white of the text like on

which should be pretty simple if u just take part from one or two of the letters there and extend it

(good enough to be done if you dont feel like doing that, though)

i guess the later games which you based it upon don't have that, but i just like the hazy feeling of the old ones
i guess it cant be helped, kinda like how mochi had to have the red text on his because it was on the original

actually since ur first post was the super nintendo one and that does have lines through the text (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvest_Moon_(video_game)) then u can still add them without deviating from what you seem to be using as the source material...
