soyjak has quotes as a widget in the sidebar

our sidebar is already too long, i already cut down the number of profile posts showing to even it out with the length of the categories and chatbox

the banner/quote thing *might* look better if the quote was very tightly wedged beneath the banner and sitting right on top of the navigation pane, and lines of text were restricted to filling the same width as the banner. but the different lengths of the text would make this complicated to implement and probably beyond my capabilities unless i was willing to spend 3+ hours tinkering with it and asking chatGPT for help.
