i doubt nick will get jail time for misdemeanor battery as a first-time offender with aggravating circumstances (unless he gets a completely psycho female nigger judge) but honestly if he got 1~3 months of jail time that would just be cool and give us an easy way to shut down fed accusations

i know he wouldnt want that but i'd honestly take the trade off if i were in his position
