Here is the ingredient list. It has some unusual supps I haven't seen before and has some very high doses compared to an average supplement product, but overall its not anything special. I am listing the relevant wiki data for the ones I did not know about below, all together I think this would have some effect on people who do not get the above from dietary sources. My favs are creatine, glycine, and taurine. But like all supplements if you have good diet the effects are not pronounced enough for me to stay on a regimented supplementation program. You can buy them OTC because they are not powerful, to get real supraphysiological effects you must either lie to get a prescription or risk your health buying drugs from underground labs.
Bryan Johnson has run an amazing marketing scheme and I knew he would capitalize on it with something, but becoming another supplement salesman is wasted potential. The health and fitness industry always leads to selling workout programs or supplements to gullible retards. At least that is mostly harmless, the worst thing now is the promotion of TRT, which will permanently reduce natural T production and fertility, it can be recovered yes, but most of these retards hopping on at 18 are not going to know how to do post cycle therapy properly.

Allulose is a weak inhibitor of the enzymes α-glucosidase, α-amylase, maltase, and sucrase.[2] Because of this, it can inhibit the metabolism of starch and disaccharides into monosaccharides in the gastrointestinal tract.[2] Additionally, allulose inhibits the absorption of glucose via transporters in the intestines.[2] For these reasons, allulose has potential antihyperglycemic effects, and has been found to reduce postprandial hyperglycemia in humans.[2][10] Through modulation of lipogenic enzymes in the liver, allulose may also have antihyperlipidemic effects.[2][10]
